According to all the science and research out there, gray hair happens to the best of us. Age plays a major role in developing gray hair. Caucasians seem to go gray the earliest of all ethnic groups, with African Americans going gray the last. Smoking can also cause a loss in hair pigment, and we have learned that melanin is essential. That is the substance that gives hair its color, as well as color to the skin and iris of the eyes.
Fortunate, there are two wonderful ways to disguise your gray, white bothersome strands. The first solution is called the Potato Peel Hair Paste Solution:
Peel 5-6 medium potatoes, preferably organic and place the rinds in a saucepan with two cups of water.
First, warm the water up. Then, boil the potato peel solution for 15-20 minutes.
Remove the pan from the stove and allow the solution to cool. Then, use a colander to strain the water into a large bowl. Toss out the peels.
Store the solution in an airtight glass bottle. If you desire a nice scent, then add few drops of essential oils like rosemary or lavender oil.
Wash your hair like you normally do with shampoo and conditioner. Gray hair needs extra pampering for hydration because it tends to be drier.
Use the potato pasty water and apply it to your hair by massaging. Do not rinse the hair. Dry and style your tresses as you normally do.
Repeat the treatment every day or 2-3 times a week for at least two months.
You will not notice results after the first few treatments, so please be patient.
Here is the second phase of our natural gray hair remedy, and it has to do with nutrition. That means, maintaining a healthy body both inside and out. Our second solution is called the Honey Garlic Solution:
3 cloves organic garlic peeled
1 kg raw organic honey
4 organic lemons (unpeeled)
200 ml organic flaxseed oil
Slice the garlic and lemons into a bowl
Add the honey and flaxseed oil.
Mix all ingredients well.
Keep the solution in a glass jar stored in the refrigerator.
How to Use:
Eat 1 tablespoon of the Honey Garlic Solution before a meal, twice a day.
