Unclog Your Arteries by Consuming a Mixture of Garlic and Lemon

It is well known that garlic and lemon are extremely beneficial for the heart. Garlic can prevent the formation of blood clots which can lead to heart attack and stroke.

Lemon, on the other hand, contains antioxidants which keep the bad cholesterol from being absorbed by the body and end up inside the arteries which can result in congestion.


So, it is no wonder why the combination of garlic and lemon is so powerful and can effectively unclog your arteries. The regular consumption of this mixture can help you if you already suffer from heart problems, or you want to protect yourself from having this serious condition.

We present you 3 different ways to use garlic and lemon and to keep your arteries clog-free:

First Method

Needed Ingredients:


  • 6 lemons
  • 30 cloves of garlic


Directions:

You should peel the lemons and chop them into small pieces. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them into small pieces as well. Mix the ingredients in a blender and transfer the mixture to a metal pot.

Add 2 liters of water and boil on medium heat. When it starts boiling, let it simmer for 10 minutes on low heat. Let it cool at room temperature. Make sure to strain and remove the solids. Transfer the liquid part to a glass container and place it in the refrigerator.

Consume 50ml of this drink for 3 weeks then make a break for 1 week. Then, again consume 50ml of this drink for the next 3 weeks then stop taking it. You can repeat this procedure every 6 months.

Second Method

Needed Ingredients:


  • 6 lemons
  • 30 cloves of garlic


Directions:

Peel the lemons and garlic and chop them into small pieces. You should place half of them in a vitamizer, and fill up the machine with water and vitamize.

Put the first batch in a large metal pot. Repeat the same procedure with the remaining ingredients. Boil on medium heat then simmer for 5 minutes on low heat. Let it cool at room temperature. Make sure to strain and transfer to a glass container. Place it in the refrigerator.

You should consume 1 glass a day for 3 weeks then make a break for 1 week. Continue consuming 1 glass a day for the next 3 weeks then stop taking it. You can repeat this procedure once a year or as needed.

Third Method

 Needed Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of lemon juice
  • 1 cup of ginger juice
  • 1 cup of garlic juice
  • 3 cups of pure honey
  • 1 cup of apple cider vinegar


Directions:

Mix the garlic juice, apple cider vinegar, ginger juice, and lemon juice in a large metal pot.  Boil on medium heat for 30 minutes or until you have 3 cups of liquid in the pot. Let it cool at room temperature.

Then, add the honey into the mixture and mix well. Transfer the resulting mixture in a glass bottle and place it in the refrigerator.

You should take 1 tablespoon of this mixture every morning, on an empty stomach.
